Breath work & Meditation for Anxiety, Stress and Chronic Pain

In this four hour workshop you will learn valuable tools to assist yourself, family members, friends and patients out of their sympathetic nervous system fight or flight mode and into a calming parasympathetic state of peace.  We will explore a variety of meditation options for every kind of “busy mind” such as mindfulness, mala, walking meditation, mantra, guided visualization and candle gazing.  A variety of different breathing techniques will also be practiced such as diaphragm breathing,
